Demand Draft


True that we are a Calicut-based bank and operates only within the city limits. But we offer Demand Draft facilities for the benefit of our dear customers in the form cheques issued by commercial banks which can be payable at any place in India. 


THE COMMISSION FOR DEMAND DRAFT IS MINIMUM RUPEES 10 & ONE RUPEE FOR EACH ADDITIONAL THOUSAND RUPEES.


This was an initiative that we planned and developed in close association with the major banks like SBI,Dhanlakshmi, HDFC, Federal Bank etc. What was kept in mind was the contentment of our customers. All-round service is what they yearn for; and it is exactly what we strive hard to give them.

Group Deposit & Credit Scheme


The Calicut City Service Co-operative Bank was established with a vision to foster among the people the idea of a good banking culture that aims to imbibe in them virtues of saving habits and making the most of the financial services offered to them. It is with this idea in mind that the Bank has given shape to Group Deposits and Credit Scheme. As per this, customers can stand to gain the advantage of investing a substantial amount and getting the best returns out of it.


Making use of the Group Deposit initiative, Customers can deposit as a group for 50 months or 25 months amounts worth Rs. 50,00,000/-, Rs. 25,00,000/-, RS. 10,00,000/-, Rs, 50,000/- or 25,000/-. This enables the customers to deposit as a group, amounts ranging from small to big as per individual capacities. This venture comes to you with an added advantage of a Credit Scheme as well. By availing this scheme,  you can take 75% of the total deposited amount as loan. This amount can be paid back through our daily collection agents also.

It's yet another reason that has made The Calicut City Service Co-operative Bank a hot favourite among the common people of Calicut.

Locker facilities


For a bank, safety comes first. Every customer need to be assured that their valuable possessions, be it money, gold or anything else, are safe in their bank's hands. The Calicut City Service Co-operative Bank is fully committed to the safety of the possessions of our dear customers. We treat them like our own and make sure that all necessary safety measures are in place for the same.


Our lockers are made in tune with all international mandates of safety and security standards. It helps us in making sure that you can remain tension-free. There are no big formalities for you to avail a locker facility and we help you get one through very many easy schemes well. Moreover, unlike most other banks, we do not charge any rent at all for your lockers. We have created our biggest locker room at the Head Office at Chalappuram with 1200 lockers of different sizes.

NEFT


National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) is an electronic funds transfer system which enables transfer of funds to other bank accounts across the country. The advantage with NEFT is that it is a secure, safe, quick and cost-effective mean to transfer funds especially for retail remittances.


At The Calicut City Service Co-operative Bank, we undertake transfer of funds up to Rs. 2,00,000 to accounts maintained by any bank branches in India instantly by NEFT. For this, we have sought the partnership of major commercial Banks like HDFC, SBI, Federal Bank etc. This makes our NEFT fund transfer services efficient, convenient and fast.

RTGS


Real Time Gross Settlement(RTGS) refers to fund transfer systems in which the transfer of money or securities takes place from one bank to another on a 'real time' and on 'gross' basis. In Real Time settlements, payment transaction is not subjected to any waiting period. The transactions are settled as soon as they are processed. 'Gross settlement' means that the transaction is settled on one to one basis without netting with any other transaction.


The Calicut City Service Co-operative Bank undertakes transfer of funds with the minimum amount of transfer to the accounts maintained by you to any bank branches in India instantly by RTGS through major Commercial Banks.

COPAY

COPAY ATM CARD

We have started an ATM Counter at  Link Road to give service to our customer 24*7 hours.Customers can contact any of our branch to get Copay ATM Card.We are issuing ATM in our Savings Bank account and City Star Accounts.


Mobile App


SB & CA customers can download CCSCB Mobile App from Google Playstore. After that Please contact Bank for registration  


FACILITIES IN MOBILE APP

  • Passbook

    After login, Home page will be displayed with Passbook. The Passbook will display Account number,Account type,Current balance,unclear balance and transaction for last period which is saved in the settings.Here we can use multiple account. Passbook will be displayed as per the account number selected in the list.

  • Account Information

    This menu brings us to the personal information of the customer.The page shows customer-ID,Customer name,Address and mobile number which is registered in the bank.

  • Search

    One of our features which is useful to users to verify and download transaction details in the finger touch.The user can search by using different criteria.We can filter the search by giving From and To Date.So that we can get full details in the given date period.Also we can search details by giving Minimum and Maximum amount.

  • Message

    Messages screen is used to view messages.Several information from the bank will be listed in this page.

  • Offer

    Offers screen is used to view offer details given by the bank for the user.Each and every offers will be notified in this page.

  • Recharge and Bill Pay

    We have 4 kind of Recharge and Bill Pay options available.We provide all network operators available in India.Also we have option to select the Circle anywhere Across India.

    Prepaid

    In prepaid we have option to recharge for all available telephone operators in India.We need to give mobile number,amount to recharge,mobile operator,circle and select account then click Submit Button to recharge.

    Post paid

    In prepaid we have option to recharge for all available telephone operators in India.We need to give mobile number,amount to recharge,mobile operator,circle and select account then click Submit Button to recharge.

    Land Line

    In prepaid we have option to recharge for all available telephone operators in India.We need to give mobile number,amount to recharge,mobile operator,circle and select account then click Submit Button to recharge.

    DTH

    In prepaid we have option to recharge for all available telephone operators in India.We need to give mobile number,amount to recharge,mobile operator,circle and select account then click Submit Button to recharge.

  • IMPS/NEFT

    In this we have payment,Add new sender and Add new receiver screens

    In Add New Sender - We need to give Name,Mobile number and Date of birth of the customer,then click Register Button. This registered sender can be used in payment screen.

    In Add New Receiver - We can add other bank details,we need to select the sender from drop down list,then we need to give other bank details such as Receiver name,mobile number,IFSC code, Account number and Confirm account number, then click Register Button. Registered Receiver will be listed in Payment screen.

    In Payment - We need to select the Account number from the drop down list,then select the sender and receiver from the drop down list.Registered sender and receiver will listed in the drop down list.Give amount to transferred to the receiver account,also we can give message during payment.Then click Make Payment Button.

  • Fund Transfer

    Transaction within the same bank can be done in this page.First select Sender account and receiver account from the drop down list .Choose whether it is Savings account or Current account from the drop down list.Then we need to give account number,Account number can be given manually or by scanning QR code.Give the amount to transfer.After giving all details give submit button to transfer.

  • Pin Change

    This screen is used to change the pin number and Pin number should be four digit.Pin Number is used for security reasons.Enter Old pin number first then give New Pin number and Confirm New Pin Then Click Submit button to change Pin.

  • Settings

    In settings we have three options Transaction Update Days: We can update Transaction update date,Transactions showing in the passbook page will be based on days we update here. Update Interval: We can give time interval for the auto refresh of the app. Default Account: If we have multiple accounts we can select any one of the account as default,So this account number will show as default one in all pages.

  • About Us

    About Us page shows details about the product.Such as Product Name,Product Version,Licensed To details etc.

  • Passbook

    This menu brings us to the personal information of the customer.The page shows customer-ID,Customer name,Address and mobile number which is registered in the bank.

  • Quit

    Quit is used to log out from the App.After Quit we need to Sign-In with our Pin number.                                              Click here to Download...
